Best. News. Ever.

So David has been living the hellish dream of Nursing Job interviews and job offers and waiting and lying about accepting jobs in case he got another one he wanted more but couldn't turn down a job offer just in case he wasn't offered the other job, etc etc. Last Friday, he found out that he got the position at Methodist Dallas in the Surgical ICU! This was the position he wanted most of all, because the staff is great, the patient ratio is awesome and it is EXACTLY the kind of experience he needs for Grad School - and he didn't have to sign a two and a half year contract, so if we want to go travel, we can!

He will only ever see the hospital like this because he is working nights! We are very interested to see how that will go over, seeing as he can't stay up past 11 most nights. I, on the other hand, will have no issues switching over to be nocturnal seeing as I am pretty much nocturnal now.

I'm just so proud of my Husband! He is going to be an amazing Nurse and I'm so glad that he is going to be supporting me now! :-) I start BYU's online program sometime early next year, and then I will be a college graduate too! The End.
