Public Service Announcement

I have lost 20 pounds since Jan 1 by (basically) not eating carbs. No sugar, no flour, no grain, and no dairy. I still have 30 more pounds to lose to be at my goal weight. I have been having a rough few days and all I want is a big fat cheeseburger and a Dr. Pepper followed by a big huge bowl of Bluebell.

If you eat any of these things while in my general proximity, I may punch you in the face. Just as an FYI.
