Pretty-ness (fall leaves changing a color other than brown!)

More people in our situation (married, in school, no kids)

Our awesome house
Our friends
Clean-ness (its hard for a place to feel too dirty if you just have to look up to see mountains)

Things we do not miss:
The disgusting inversion in the Valley
The small-minded thinking
The SNOW and ENDLESS SUFFERING of Winter
Driving around mountains to get places
Stuff costing lots of money (rent & school - this is all retaliative to what we pay now, mind you)
Lack of awesome thunder storms
Living 45 minutes away from the airport
Living 45 minutes away from a major city
Living 70 minutes away from free dinner (ie, family)
Lack of REAL Good Mexican Food
